Our signature Avocado Crispy Rice is a Kusaki favorite. Topped with yuzu koshu guac and microgreens, dressed with our house ponzu - this crispy rice offering is one of the best in Los Angeles.

Kusaki offers a plant-based Omakase experience unlike anywhere else. Served at an eight-seat Omakase bar, Head Chef Pearl Steffie creates five and seven course “chef’s choice” meals changing nightly - consisting of nigiri and sashmi style dishes where are seasonal, elegant and artisitic.
